Use this night purposefully. Rest Nights are just what they imply…a rest from our typical ministries in order for you to be able to strategically plan your evening. It might be an opportunity to connect with a neighbor, friend, co-worker or family member you are seeking to reach with the gospel. It may be an opportunity to connect with someone from the church family to get to know them better and/or encourage them. Or if your ministry involvement has been packed this week, perhaps it’s a night to simply rest the mind and soul in quiet with the Lord! Seek the Lord’s direction as to how He would have you use this night!!
